super duper yummy!!!

So........

The last five nights have been spent well... ermm.... EATING!

Haha! They always say "the best way to a man's heart is through his food"... How sexist... I'm thinking it works the other way round just as well! "The best way to a woman's heart is through her food!" Why don't people start saying that.... Unless... that... makes.... me a ..... NOH! Haha! =]

First night (17/01/10)! Out to Desa Sri Hartamas, Hartamas Square!

So it was one of those spontaneous things we decided to do. And Darren will be leaving for Australia soon for another good 2 years! NOH! So.... what better way to spend time than eating and drinking and... shisha-ing! This Darren keeps trying to shisha the right way! Haha! So while the rest had their big glasses of watermelon juices, milo ais, teh ais, limau ais etcetera.... I was very contented with my two paddle pop ice creams!

*sings*

paddle pop... yea!
paddle pop... YEA!
SUPER DUPER YUMMY!

I worship 7eleven now for actually continuing selling this delightful little dessert! Love it Love it Love it! And for all shops not selling paddle pop... SHAME ON YOU! lol. Sorry... I must have been suffering from some severe PADDLE POP-DEFICIENCY syndrome....

one half of the group

nothing compared to ajeet's

or tan's...

Second night (18/01/10)! Out to Taman Megah, Ming Tien!

The only thing I ever eat there FO SHO is their waffles! Another dessert I just absolutely LOVE! Hmmmm..... waffles... with banana... and ice cream... heeeeeeeee.

Anyway! Some just had to try the SUPER SUPER SPICY SAUSAGE! And kudos to Darren for actually FINISHING the whole thing! *applauds* Salute you la! And again... Darren... trying everything out... lol.

Another thing I was really fascinated by was the little miniature umbrellas they stick into your waffles or ice cream.... You can actually open and close it! Haha. Those umbrellas can actually function! Yea....

So after makan makan... back to my house for... GHOST STORY TELLING SESSION #2. I have to say that it wasn't the ghost stories that frightened the crap out of us. It was more of... ourselves scaring the crap outta... OURSELVES! =.=" And Nicky keeps barking at this empty corner.... and started barking all of a sudden when Colin played this super scary ghost ringing tone.... creepy much! But it was all good fun! Haha!

Third night (19/01/10)! Out to Taman Tun, Devi's Corner!

This was more of a family outing. Jon, my sis, my dad and myself, decided to head out to get some ice cream at first. But, Angie had another amazing idea! Banana Nutella Apom! =]

So out we go for some sweet apom. Had the Banana Nutella Apom (my fav), Jon had the same... while my dad went for the Durian Apom (total yuck imo... not a big fan of durian.... 0=]) And we finished everything real quick. Natasha had the Roti Tisu (another fav of mine) which I gladly helped finished.

Fourth night (20/01/10)! Out to Cineleisure & Taman Tun Devi's Corner! (again!)

Haha! Old Dogs is sooooooooo funny! OMG! Loved that show! Watched it with the SAME bunch of people. It's like we're going out everyday! But I'm not complaining =]

So after the movie, we all wanted to head to MURNI'S cos... well... it's suppose to be nice food and all. And I've never been to MURNI'S! *gasp gasp* So I figured it would pretty much be some super cool and packed mamak restaurant. SO off we went! Passed by a 7eleven along the way and... I just had to!!!!!

So yea! MURNI'S! Made our way there but guess what! It was closed?!?!?!??!?!?! What?!?!?!? A mamak that closes?!?!?!?!?! At night?!?!??!? Hurmmm... Sigh. So much for eating at MURNI's for the very first time! *pfft*

Plan B! Taman Tun's Devi's Corner! Haha! So yes.. I had my Banana Nutella Apom AGAIN! Heeeeee =] and it came in a paper boat! Sweet!

While the rest had the Garlic Cheese Naan... yummmmmm. Just look at Darren's face! Haha! But believe me it was goooood.... ;]

We have reasons to believe that Darren secretly follows the iconic fashion statements of the 70's. Though you can't see it here, his jeans were looking rather bell-bottom-ish. =] Haha. Nahhh... It's all cool...

Decided to have GHOST STORY TELLING SESSION #3 and actually listen to the Creepy Ghost ringing tone properly, sooo... Being super jobless, we all headed to the Taman Tun Park, where the mood is right, and maybe, some Ju-On looking child would come outta the dark with his arm stretched forward murmuring "Mummy.............." Creepy....

But! That was not meant to be cos the park was CLOSED as well... *pfft*

Okay la. Plan B! Head to the hill next to KLGCC to continue GHOST STORY TELLING SESSION #3. Which was pretty silly cos we drove all the way to the gate to get that "out in the dark open scary movie feel" thing going on. In the end we didn't tell any stories! Haha! Damn EPIC PHAIL la all of us! Lol! But we did play that Creepy Ghost ringing tone and we just psyched ourselves out cos the place was still TOO bright!

Act like you've seen a ghost!

Plan C! Find a darker place! Which means..... The private road of KLGCC. After some car sticker swapping drove to the boom bar and guess what! The road was CLOSED!!!!!!! This must be "everything will be closed for a bunch of jobless teenagers" night.

Plan D! Head back to my place and continue this GHOST STORY crap in the park.... After everyone sudah beratur untuk menggunakan tandas rumah saya...... We played Texas Hold 'em and Dai Di till 3.30 in the morn, which meant.... GHOST STORY TELLING SESSION #3 was a disastrous EPIC PHAIL event! But of course it was the spontaneity that kept the whole fun going =]

Fifth night (21/01/10)! Out to Mont Kiara, McDonald's!

Out with the Mommy and Sister! Was another one of those "i'm bored... where can i go tonight?" moments. So took my mom and sis out for some ice cream. Actually wanted to get another paddle pop (haha!) but McFlurry Oreo was simply irresistable! Imma glutton, I know, it's bad, but who cares, I love food, I LOVE desserts, the end, full stop., NOKTAH.! Walked around the concourse for a bit, finished the ice creams and headed back happy!

Wheeee.... So that's 5 nights of TOTAL DESSERT CHOW DOWN! And looking forward to more dessert hunts! =]

Toodles ya'll!

~love love~
